There is a very specific way of installing this skin, and if you do it wrong, then the rest of the body will be completely black.
INSTALLATION:
1. Go to your minecraft directory
2. open bin
3. open minecraft.jar
4. open mob
5. now, rename ghast_baby.png to char.png.
6. now put it in the mob folder
7. close minecraft.jar and play!
this skin will not work unless you are playing minecraft OFFLINE.
you can play with this skin in multiplayer, by installing it normally, BUT the rest of it will show up completely black.
THIS SKIN WILL NOT MAKE YOU INVISIBLE ONLINE!
