My custom Floran from Starbound Recreated in Minecraft!
The entire skin was created with a limited color palette of only 16 colors. Like my previous Metroid skins, I did not want to lose the 16-bit charm of the design so I recreated the 2D Floran sprites into 3D for this minecraft skin.
3D details with some under shading were also added to give more depth to the skin. Mainly the leaves, chest, and flower. Nothing over the top to keep the skin looking nice and clean. The rest of the figure shape simply comes from clever use of color placement.
Less is more and this very simple colored yet very detailed skin is sure to stand out in a crowd, striking a balance among the over simple and over shaded skins everyone uses. Basically pixleart in motion.
The skin is not a exact recreation of the default Floran sprites though but rather a combination of a couple variants combined together. Mainly because the eyes and face of a default floran do not work on a minecraft skin without taking too much space away from the "hairstyle".

I hope you enjoy!
