Arcana from The Misfit of Demon King Academy

I have never read anything from the light novel of this series, so I don't know anything about Arcana except that she is a Selection God, and she looks like a crossover between a pope and a goalie. Her outfit is pretty cool, though. I guessed on which colors were used for her shoes and the gold part above her shoes. Also, I had to make her pope-like hat fold onto the top of her head.
