Water Nymphs are what the last survivors call the by-product of the nuclear fallout of 2089. Both beautiful and incredibly toxic, Water Nymphs were once human like us but have mutated into ravenous cold blooded meat eaters of the waters. Being immune to radiation and the chemicals that lace the air and water, they lurk in the depths waiting for any sign of life to sink their spindly fangs into. Water Nymphs have no need to walk on land, somehow being able to plague weak minds with mirages and soothing voices that lure humans to the waters edge. One look into their eyes puts you under their trance. Making you feel at ease and like nothing bad has even happened, before you know it you're being dragged into the depths of the virulent green waters. No one is safe. All those who are left know that succumbing to a Water Nymph is a fate worse than death, worse than struggling to exist in this post-apocalyptic train wreck.
