Description: On this map, you can visit all the familiar locations from Undertale. Ruins, Snowdin, Waterfall, Hotland, True Lab, MTT Resort, CORE, Asgore Castle, Barrier. All the buildings and houses of the main characters are equipped. The map uses a large number of mods to more accurately recreate all the details from the game, which does not allow vanilla Minecraft. it says i need iris for the colored lights mod but iris is for 1.16.5 what do i do?

All mods in the archive with the map. If you do the installation correctly, then everything should work. I don't recall that Iris was needed for this mod
