Hello, and thank you for taking the time to view this project!
For this contest, my goal was to create a lush, secluded island hideout where pirates go bury their treasure. Beyond that, I chose to forgo an extended lore because I believe it's more enjoyable to create your own specific details. You can be a pirate, finding the perfect spot to place down your "Red X", or you and your friends could search for buried treasure together, it's all up to you!
Explore the vast flower fields, sprawling archipelago, and towering mountains as you bury your treasure.
For this terrain, I implemented several new terraforming techniques that I have been wanting to do for a while.
Extended use of custom objects
I've been meaning to try out using a lot more large custom objects in my maps, and I finally got around to making a few.
For example, I created these pillar islands that are attached to the ground.
I also created this large tree trunk, adapted from a 3D model.
Custom flower fields
I've tried creating this biome before, but it never turned out the way that I wanted it to. After a lot of experimentation in this map, I finally got something that I think looks pretty good :D

I am trying to make a main world that will be an island and house three cities, each with their own biomes. I have the cities already, and can give you the size of the area to leave flat. I have a (very) rough outline on mspaint as a guide. I believe the map would need to be at very most 2048x2048.
