A friend of yours has called you to inform you that he has discovered a new abadoned house online that you and him can explore, as it is your favorite hobby to explore abandoned places, you quickly accept it with excitement, not knowing the horrors you will about to experience.

Note #2: Play This Minecraft Map In Version 1.17.1.
Note #3: You Must Have A Resource Pack In Order To Play This Map Correctly. It Is Already Included When You Start The Map/Game, However In Case It Doesn't, There Is A Spare One Once You Download This File (Don't Put The Spare Resoruce Pack If The Original One Is Working).
Note #4: If You Find Any Bugs/Glitches/Typos, Please Report Them In The Comment Section.
If You Spawn Anywhere Where You Can See Command Blocks Etc., Type /setblock 4 92 17 minecraft:redstone_block (Do Not Type Anything Else Or Change The Coordinates).

HOWEVER, the command work in this map was absolutely incredible, and the build is small and a bit over detailed but still quite impressive for vanilla Minecraft. This map pushes it to its limits and you should be very proud of that part.
The cutscenes were well made technically (despite how shifting warps the whole screen) but they were dragged out and dialogue was often unnecessary. In fact, I used the shifting bug as entertainment while I was waiting and went on my phone during them.
This map could absolutely be up there with the best if the dialogue, wait times and text didn't take hours, the gameplay was improved and extended a lot and the bossfight was nerfed.
Also, I'm not sure if the resource pack just wasn't working or intentional but some blocks seemed very random like paintings all over the place and just odd block choices all over the place. But looking at the images/videos it seems it was working and the sounds were.
Sound design and jumpscares were great but few despite the odd story.
Speaking of which, it was never really explained who the comedically named "Hillager" was and what they were doing there, it just ended with him being killed but never explained.
The start was also very weird, having to use the book and press the button, seen many people have issues with it.
I'd also recommend making a proper trailer to showcase it.
Idk it has great potential and as I say it could be great just with those fixes.

However currently quite boring and unsatisfying.
I am aware that this Minecraft map isn't 'one of the best ones ever made' and even I can agree on that, looking back on it today, I am not really a big fan of it. Although I never mentioned this anywhere else (besides on some Discord server), I consider this map and my other one, 'A Night With Billy' as 'test/experiment' maps, they were created mainly so I can see the reaction of the audience, and in my opinion, the reactions were mostly average, some said they were good, some said they were bad, you know how that goes. Anyways, at some point I will upload Version 1.1 of this map, which will (hopefully) fix all of the bugs/glitches in the map, nerf the bossfight (since I've seen a lot of people struggle with it) and maybe add a couple of new features, who knows?
