Version 1.5 will release in a couple months hopefully early Spring or Autumn depending where you live.

I'm owner of brohoof, I sold the brohoof.com domain to someone long ago, but they were kind enough to make it redirect to my own website. So anyone can go to brohoof.com and download the final world saves as it was when the server shut down. I clearly say on that page that anyone can use these files however they want as long as they give credit, so absolutely nothing wrong was done here by posting this here. If it was updated to the newer versions of Minecraft, that's a lot of work so that's a value-add.
Note that we had many worlds though, I am guessing this is just one of the Equestria worlds.

Done it myself today! from pc java to mobile
I used the help of the following tutorials:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KtMdgNqG7EM for converting a world from java to bedrock
and https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VRxnkH2W9Bs for transferring the world to mobile.

I tried converting the map for bedrock but the map size is too big even if I compress/decrease the file size.

You could try to use je2be, the web version at least doesn't place a size restriction on conversions. I had a world over 3 gigabytes that was able to be converted. Though that was just one instance.

Thats what I originally used but as I said even if i made the world file smaller it still wouldnt convert. Plus as of now I have no plans for a bedrock version
