Metal is a protector of places like MountainTown and SnowVille. Compacter is a rouge machine that was originally used to clear land area for HillVille. CompacterHAL1 gets mostly destroyed by the end of the song.

Metal takes some upgrades from CHAL1's corpse before the fight, CHAL's voicebox being one of them. He fights several mechanical monstrosities at once, defeating them all. He even saves an old ally.
