Project Information

Fallout: Portland is an original Fallout game being made in Minecraft using custom coded plugins and a resource pack. It will:

-Be made for and playable on the most recent java edition version of Minecraft. Sorry no bedrock version will be made.
-Be playable on the muiltiplayer server TNTWcraft.
-Require Optifine to allow for custom armor and entity models/textures.
-No other mods will be required to play.
-Require a resource pack which the server will automatically download and install for you, the only thing you will need
to install is optifine.


Project Goals

Fallout: Portland is a hefty project with many goals, such as:

-Creating an original Fallout game in Minecraft.
-Create an original Fallout game that fits into the cannon lore of the series.
-Feature a gameplay experience similar to the modern Fallout titles.
-Feature an original main storyline as well as many sidequests.
-Feature an expansive open world full of unique characters and locations.
-Immerse the player as much as possible in the Fallout world and experience while not straying to far from the Minecraft look and feel.
-Feature as many weapons, armors, enemies, and systems from the Fallout games as possible.


Project Features

-200+ custom models and textures.
-Quests.
-NPC's with a dialogue system and trading.
-A unique take on the V.A.T.S. system.
-S.P.E.C.I.A.L. system and perks.
-Skills.
-Radiation.
-Guns, Melee, and thrown weapons.
-Lootable containers (Nuka-Cola machines, etc).
-Creatures, mutants, and robots.
-PVE as well as PVP.


Frequently Asked Questions

Will "XYZ" faction be in your game?
The world of Fallout: Portland will be inhabited by a selection of unique factions and groups, that means no brotherhood or enclave or any other faction will appear.

Where is the game set?
This question gets asked more then I ever thought it would, it will be set in Portland, Oregon. Not any of the other Portlands.
