In the last chapter, you played as Dr Danny, the head psychiatrist of the East Mountain Prison and
managed to escape from Rob.

In the big finale of Evil Ice Cream Man, Dr Danny calls his friend Brian to transport Rob to the North Mountain
Mental Hospital. Rob agreed to go with them, but he has something else on his mind.

Rob injects himself with a very powerful serum that gives him strange powers. His powers will make him
stronger and a bit smarter.


Your objective is very similar to the past 8 Evil Ice Cream Man chapters, is to explore the new areas
at a new location, find items, and plan your escape. But don't forget to search for any secrets along the way!
