Honestly this one is tough... bacon is nice and crispy, but sausage is also realllly good and filling.

Sausage has more meat in it and has many types of meat in a sausage, and many sizes of sausage, sausage comes in diversity of taste, quantity, and quality, and can be applied in millions of recepies
Bacon is pork only, and pork has limited taste, and is flat in shape, and flat means less meat, and less meat means hungry nugget

Bacon comes in many flavors: hickory and applewood being two of the most common (Flavor is added by exposure to the smoke during the production process) as well as various unsmoked brined only varieties. (Either type may also have various added flavors such as spices or maple syrup.)
[In addition to turkey, ersatz 'bacon' is produced from other sources (including tofu 🤮).
There is also Canadian 'bacon'… which is a bacon adjacent food made from a different cut of the carcass.
