Imagine having a dispenser and a lever that makes the lava pour when you flick it(So it covers the mega base with 1 lava)

silly goose. you are incorrect. while this strategy may work the first time, the dispenser would have to move up by one block every layer. Dispensers cannot be pushed by pistons. Unfortunately, your silly strategy will not be of use.
