This structure is to resemble the citadel of Gallifey. It's not perfect one to one but It's close enough for my liking. There's not an interior other than a few rooms but I have added the untempored schism and the Doctor's Shack. The terrain was created in World Painter and the citadel itself was made with massive help from World Edit. The size of this map is a little over 23Mb when zipped so be patient with the download.
