Hey guys, this house was built in a contemporary style that I've been doing lately with a focus on designing functional layouts that flow well. The house is one story overlooking the ocean. It is located on Koha Island on the World of Keralis server (/warp koha). Also included is a boathouse at water level with a yacht built by XxEpicZeusxX. This house includes:

-1 Bathroom
-Master Bedroom with Ensuite   
-Deck & BBQ  
-Boathouse
-Dock
