The Blood Tree was once the life giver of the world, it sat at its centre giving food shelter and wood for the surrounding lands. However, it is now corrupted. The tree grows eternally like a viral blight, its once lush leaves deadened, only the invasive roots remain. What's worse is the the wood from the tree is useless after a year and it cracks and splits or simple crumbles like ash, leaving nothing but piles of waste to cleaned up by the villagers nearby.

Another build project with a bit of lore added to it. The Blood tree is named so for its vibrant reddish hue and pulsing bright red vines the only thing left that will grow from the tree.
