Project Overview:
The Argon City Project was originally meant to be a Marketplace map. However, over time, the city became a community even which brought lots of team members and became a community effort. Unfortunately, the map became inactive, so there are still some incomplete spots (sometimes not noticeable, sometimes noticeable)
The City and Terrain's layout is completely custom, but the buildings itself are mostly from Waco, TX. A few exceptions such as the Hospital and University are from Calgary and Arizona, respectively. The Stadium is from Baylor University in Waco, TX. The terrain is based on the Guadaloupe Mountains in Texas (But alot more red). There is an 8,000 block long road and a dam/resevoir built by Cam777.
The project itself took about 2.5 months. It was eventually stopped due to inactivity last year, and it's taken us more than 1 year after completion to post it to Planet Minecraft (Yes, we stopped working on this BEFORE we started Cartagena...)
