An ancient city that was thought to have been destroyed ages ago, Imperium Magnus scouts recently spotted the city drifting through the atmosphere and sent several airships to chain it to the ground. For the first time in centuries, imperial citizens are able to set foot in a city of their ancestors. Due to the significance of this event, the current Imperator has declared that Arce Antiqium will now be considered the historical and cultural capital of the nation, while the royal seat remains in Arce Caelo.

The city can be entered through the temporary flying machines docks set up on the surface which send you up into the steam room. Within the steam room is what appears to be the skeleton of a dragon, but it is unknown where this came from. From there, you can travel through the pipes to get to the surface with more flying machines.
