All you do is open folder you downloaded, choose next folder depending on if you have mac or windows.
Then run the Gamechanger, choose your world, and select the level.dat file, then choose: Survival, Creative,or Hardcore. Done!
IMPORTANT: Dont do it while minecraft it running!
