Each shell applies provides amounts of additional water breathing

Turtle Shell Chestplate: +15 Seconds of Water Breathing

Turtle Shell Leggings: +15 Seconds of Water Breathing

Turtle Shell Boots: +10 Seconds of Water Breathing

This can all be applied on top of the vanilla turtle helmet, which adds +10 seconds of water breathing.

It's kinda sad how underratted the turtle stuff is. I mean you can just have a helmet that would give you an effect and rare potion.
