To open the inventory, right click with bundle, belt bag or backpack in hand. You can store all of the filled up bundles, belt bags or backpacks in shulker boxes or enderchests. Used in shulker boxes provides plenty of storage space.

To get the recipes for your recipe book just craft a chest.
