How the mod works & Recipes
Here is a easy to follow guide that explains everything this mod adds to Minecraft:

New ore generation
3 New ores are generated in this mod, Nitrate(white), Sulfur(yellow) and Fossils.

• Nitrate drops 1 Nitrate cluster per ore.
  
• Sulfur drops 1 Sulfur cluster per ore.
  
• Fossil ore drops 1-3 bones per ore.
  
• Nitrate and Sulfur can be found layer 50 and below in vines of 4-5
  
• Fossils can be found layer 10 and below in vines of 3-4
  

Getting Blaze powder and rods
There is a new flower that generates in this mod which when broken will drop 1 blaze powder.

• Only generate in desert biomes
  
• If walked over will cause a tick of fire damage
  
• Drops 1 blaze powder per flower
  
• Crafting 2 blaze powder 1 above the other will give you a blaze rod
  

Flax and making string
Flax is a new flower that generates all over Minecraft, these drop flax seeds which can be planted and grow like standard vanilla crops.

• Generated Flax drops 1 flax seed
  
• Flax has 4 growth stages, take about the same time to grow as wheat
  
• Grown flax drops 1-3 seeds and 2-3 flax fibers
  
• 4 Flax fibers make 2 string
  

Making Pestle and Mortar
A new tool called Pestle and Mortar is added which is made like:

• Pestle & Mortar is used in many recipes
  
• Has 64 uses
  

Gunpowder
Minecraft vanilla gunpowder can be made like this, you have to grind 3 resources down before crafting gunpowder:







Once you have 1 Charcoal powder, 1 Nitrate powder and 1 Sulfur powder you can use them and a pestle and mortar to craft gunpowder:



Bones
You have 2 ways of getting bones, the first way is killing passive mobs, Pigs, Cows, Chickens, Horses, Wolves and Sheep all have a 50% chance to drop 1-2 bones.

Also you can mine fossil ore if you find them which drops 1-3 bones per ore



Ghast Tears
Crafting ghast tears has a few stages the first is you have to grind down souls and to get soul powder:



Then get 1 gunpowder and a bottle of water and craft it like this:



This will craft you a Bottled Ghast, once you have this drink it and it will give you a ghast tear.

Slime Balls
Crafting slime balls is a few stage process, first you have to mix flour and water to get glue:



Flour can be crafting using a pestle and mortar and wheat like this:



Once you have glue you use it with a bottle of water and cactus green and get slime balls:



Misc Crafting
More Bone Meal
You can use Nitrate powder to expands the amount of bone meal you have, simply craft 2 bone meal, 1 Nitrate powder and a pestle and mortar to give you 1 extra bone meal.

Spider Eyes
When breaking tall grass you have a chance of getting a Small spider, these are harmless but if you right click with you in your hand you squash the spider and receive a spider eye.

More Bread
If you make flour your can also put the flour in a furnace to make bread, this will stretch your wheat much further.
