The design and colors are perfect!
Make a folder (name it whatever)
Go into that folder
Add any picture you want and name it "pack_icon.png"
Make a folder named "textures" (in that new folder)
Make a file (in the same place as "textures") and name it "manifest.json"
Go to geenium.github.io/pack-manifest-creator/ and generate the manifest.json and then copy and paste the generated manifest.json into your manifest.json file
Go into "textures" and make a new folder named "entity"
Go into "entity" and paste your cape (64x32 or 128x64)
Rename the cape to "cape_invisible.png"
And then compress to .zip
Then rename and remove ".zip" and replace it with ".mcpack"
Import to minecraft and activate!
I hope this helps :D
