I decided to try making a skin on mobile using PMCSKIN3D.

Pros•It Is easy to use.
•Everything from PC version is there.
•You could make skins on the go.
•It is easier to see the colors and thier vibrance.
•It has better zooming.

Cons•It is easy to make mistakes.•It is hard to get tiny details.
•Foreground color takes up half the screen when open.
•It is easy to forget what tool you are using.
•It is hard to use the clone tool.

In conclusion, I think the skin turned out great. Mobile and PC PMCSKIN3D work pretty good. There are a few problems with mobile but I'm sure I will get used to them.
