These are special Evokers of the Pillager Jungle tribe and absorb their powers from the sun itself.
Their vexes aren't normal either they are instead angels from the sun itself to protect the tribe.
These Evokers train from a very young age and learn from a previous priest who chooses them to teach.
after many years they will become a new priest and when that happens they send their teacher to the sun to complete their training.
