Happy Pride Month! 🏳️‍🌈

Nearly 5 years ago I discovered that I was a part of the LGBTQ+ community. I’ve gone through many labels and it’s been quite a journey. I am happy to say that I’ve settled on some labels that I feel comfortable using. I am unlabeled (in terms of sexuality) as well as bigenderflux. 🎉 I recently discovered another part of myself (identity wise) but I will not be mentioning it for the sake of my own comfort. I am glad I am able to be open about the fact that I am queer, that I can accept myself for who I am, and that I have others who can accept me too.

Sadly, a lot of society still hasn’t accepted that being LGBTQ+ is normal. My heart goes out to anyone who lives in a household/area where they are unable to voice their thoughts regarding LGBTQ+, to those who are questioning and unsure/unable to tell others about this. If you or someone you care needs to help concerning LGBTQ+ topics, I recommend visiting the Trevor Project website. It is a reliable and informative source for those in need. My DMs are always open as well if anyone needs to talk regarding this.

this morning I was told about a conversation in another discord server which was mostly made up of berating me and my friends/projects, and it’s upsetting me (I imagine) more than they expected, for a number of reasons

I was talking to my maths teacher abt when we would get our test results
a boy I hate bc he is rude annoying and a weirdo who never failed to follow me and my friends walked up to me
and withOUT consent put his arm around me like a hug or smth
I walked back jmmediately to get out of the situation to see it’s him

worst thing is in my religion as I am a Muslim it is against the religion to physically touch someone of the opposite sex
never realised it would be possible to hate this boy even more then I already do

then on Friday a boy I thought was my friend (not anymore after hearing this) and a diff boy were having an argument about who has the right to sa someone (iyk what this means yk.)
