They do hun trust me I have PCOS it can really hurt x

Tips I've learnt is massaging around your pelvic area to relax strained muscles, avoid dairy products since these can cause worse bloating and cramps, put a warm compress such as a hot water bottle, try a hot bath and soak in it for a while to relax your body, try exercising- nothing intense since this can surprisingly help, drink water to flush your system, adn ibuprofen is better than regualr painkillers because they target sweeiling and muscle aches x

okay so i was looking through old wallposts the other day and i saw multiple that were like "oo art blog is coming soon hehe ty for 100 subs uwuwwuwuwu xd lolol haha so cringey wow yay it's 2018"

and i'm realizing how many times i promised an art blog hhh-

BUT THIS TIME- i've been investing into more art supplies and getting back into art after a slow art block sOO

i'm hoping to have a lot of things to show you by the end of summer!!

also it's a bit embarrassing, but i think i'm going to show you some 2017 drawings from when i bought my first tablet! i just want to encourage people who are getting into art, because you're going to grow soo much!! and i feel like the fact that i "cringe" at my old art is "good", because i've grown so much!
and i'll prob include a little q+a about art or me or whatever

y'all can quote me on this whenever bUt i'M tRyiNG bc i really want to do thiss

and while we're on "promises" i'm trying to get an art contest together so you can look forward to that, but please let me know if you would even join that haah

okay, out of curiosity i really want to know who played these when they were younger: (also they're mostly directed towards females seeing as i am one but idk ahah)

Fantage, Pixie Hollow, Jumpstart, Webkinz, Animal Jam, Spark City World, also i think there was one forever ago called "super pope pets" or something?? (and i honestly think almost everyone has played club penguin at least once hah)

if we were friends on spotify you'd just see me playing the same songs over and over, like 30 seconds into a song i like i'll just replay and do something and realize i missed all the good parts and then play it again and then once it goes through i realize i want to hear that one part again and so i replay the whole thing and then it gets stuck in my head so i want to keep listening to it and then i want to sing along so i have to go back to get the words right to sing along with that part and then i start playing a new game while i listen and then i want to listen to it again while i play that and then i realize that i've replayed it 20 times already and the people on discord can see that and then it's just.

also wow that was a whole sentence,
and now i'm realizing i wasn't paying attention to the song while i typed that so it's time to replay, and the sad part is if i keep this up i might get tired of this song so onto the next song we go!

Actually it's better you do! They'll be able to pick up if there is any certain areas youmiss when brushing and it's a lot better for the dentists, because they'll be able to pick up on any problems with teeth (if there are any) x

Plus it's also better for them so they don't have to see what you ahve been eating all day and smells a lot fresher- trust me they prefer it XD x
