    I’ve started playing Civilization V again .playing as Morocco and me and the Mayans are absolute besties we have had a declaration of friendship for half the game and if I forget to renew it they come to me instead . finally found an excuse to draw Pacal from this game too because he might be the drippiest video game guy I’ve seen . I doodled Pacal and Ahmad al-Mansur (Morocco leader :)) to symbolise our friendship . we’re tight

    SORRY I HAVENT POSTED I haven’t done anything of note but I just watched Captain Phillips for legitimately no reason I don’t know how I got here . hate to say it but I found the pirates more entertaining than I cared for Tom Hanks’ life . I don’t think I was bored at any point of the two hours I was sweating and shaking and crying the entire time . copying this from a YouTube comment I saw but favourite part was when Muse said ‘look at me . look at me . I’m the Captain Philips (2013) now.’ . very powerful scene . also here’s another comment I liked

    so this is a formal request for a profile update on pmc:
    • pronouns, and more ways to express yourself (ticket)
    • more classes or options for multiple at a time (ticket)
    • ability to edit your profile without it updating live (in a sandbox)
    • option to lock your profile page so it can't be accidentally edited (ticket)
    • select which groups show up on your banner
    • custom profile colours (like on jams it changes the colour of buttons) (and maybe even custom backgrounds??) (ticket)
    • officially supported support stamps (ticket)

    forgot to say I started playing Vampire: The Masquerade - Bloodlines for no reason other than I’ve heard it be mentioned sometimes by youtubers I like (I think hbomberguy referenced it Once in a video .it could’ve been the Pathologic one) . knew nothing about it before going in and I like it . the writing is really good and the vibes are kinda immaculate . I’m playing as a Toreador cuz I’m boring . picked Malkavian at first cause it sounded funny (mental illness vampire clan) but then I realised immediately Oh No That’s For People That Have Already Played The Whole Thing Before so I switched lmao . shoutout to the part where I destroyed 4 paintings in a museum and it summoned a blood demon and I had to fight it . wasn’t expecting it to be fully voice acted and have so many characters either . another shoutout to the Asylum club and the beautiful way the people dance there

    been getting into Detroit: Become Human a solid like ummm .. 6 years late (oops) . David Cage is my mortal enemy and Heavy Rain is my favourite love-to-hate piece of media in existence but!!! I think Detroit is actually pretty amazing at points even if it’s by no means perfect . it’s really good at creating a sense of stress when it wants and making you think + i think it’s the one interactive movie game where I feel a big majority of the choices properly matter at all . shoutout to the highway chase scene that a lot of people miss cause of how you even get to it btw I like how Kara is able to fight off Connor on a busy highway in hand-to-hand when Connor’s supposed to be CyberLife’s most advanced android built for hunting down criminals while she’s just a housekeeping robot . beast mode was activated
    also I love the soundtrack . the bit during the Todd escape and the Rupert chase are my favourites . 4:41 of Dark Night fr makes me tear up im so weak for strings
