I was on mobile earlier so typing was a bit difficult lol. Anyways, here are some tips(?)!

Firstly, I'd suggest looking at other pages! It can be really helpful for inspiration. It can be a bit hard to find pages that are organized or ones you like, but they are there. However, I will be briefly going over what's commonly seen just to make it a bit easier (I hope).

Starting off, people often have three (3) main sections near the top of their page. Usually, they use the single "About me" widget and two "Custom" widgets.
On the left and right, people usually have pictures that match or are of a similar theme/colour palette, with little to no writing on the page. Occasionally people will put spoilers (I can go into more detail on spoilers if you'd like! Not sure how much you know about them. PMC pages can be a tad confusing when you're newer) with some brief information, usually including a list of OCs, fan skins, their status (regarding skins most of the time, so whether or not they're accepting requests, etc.) and similar things.
Usually, most people will put the most information in the middle, and sometimes they'll put images that match/are similar to other ones used, but it's often the one place with a lot of info (my page is kind of the opposite haha).
Below the three main sections, people will usually have other things such as "wall posts", "guest book", "submissions", etc. That's how I've done it, at least.
You don't need to follow this, though! Do what you think looks best once you get the hang of it all.

Another tip(?) is to have your page follow a specific colour palette or theme. Sometimes people will go for basic themes such as the ocean, forest, etc. or season themes (right now it's autumn in the northern hemisphere, so a lot of people are making autumn-themed pages). Other times people will just use colour palettes. For example, I use different variants of blue, teal and green, as well as gold (really just yellow-orange).

Symbols or profile dividers (with permission and/or credit from the og creator) can be really cool and make a page really pretty, at least imo! I have some on my page (symbols), it helps break things up a little and add some variation to my page.

A lot of people will add their own art to their page instead of finding images online, but that takes a lot more time and not everyone wants to do that ^^

I can go into more detail with anything here if you'd like. Also, if you have any questions, feel free to ask. Hope this helped a bit ^^
