I personally think that should go under "has ads" since a youtube video is basically another ad for the thing.

No she is objectively a bad writer. The Sorting hat makes no sense, Peeves is never expanded on as a concept, and the redemption arc for one of the characters involves us having to feel bad for a grown man who bullied a child for several years because his middle school crush rejected him.

I'm not bring anything into this other than her sheer writing skill.

Her books are bad, or at the very least not good.

This is all coming from someone who read Harry Potter in middle school and loved the franchise for several years until I realized how poor the writing actually is.

You may think "touch grass" is clever but that's because you've only read Harry Potter books.

Fun fact: A lot of HP spell names are just Latin words and cannot be trademarked/copyrighted! Obv do research but a lot of these spell names can just be lifted (and IMO should cause JK Rowling sucks and is a bad author anyway)

The TL;dr of what I was saying is that yes it should be efficient. I think it should take less time to smelt one raw block than it does to smelt 9 raw chunks

It doesn't quite get rid of them when they hit the ground, but if you spawn them with a tag of MagicSand(example) you can run this command on a tick loop:

execute as @e[type=minecraft:falling_block, tag=MagicSand] at @s unless block ~ ~-0.15 ~ air run kill @s

It'll kill them right before they hit the ground.

Edit: you can also do

execute as @e[type=minecraft:falling_block, tag=MagicSand] at @s unless block ~ ~-0.15 ~ air run summon armor_stand ~ ~ ~{NBT HERE}

And then run commands from those armor stands that clear the sand blocks after a certain time if you did want the sand to stick around for a bit after landing

I'm a sucker for consistency. My brain immediately goes "If you have enough iron and the smarts to convert ores into raw blocks then you should receive some benefit of efficiency for thinking to do that VS just tossing them in a smelter".
Heck, even taking the same time to cook 1 full block as it would to cook 8 raw items might be an improvement when it comes to bulk smelting. I think a 1:1 time adds nothing, and isn't the goal of this all to add *something*? that's just my take.

Bedrock/Addons ask me to convert any pack

I have some friends who play Bedrock and they have been asking for me to make my Vertical Slabs datapack for their version ever since I told them I had started working on it. (I'm on Java because I have a soul)

Would be super neato, plus I'm sure a bunch of people would love to have it for their bedrock worlds.
