Yes, you can report any stolen content as long as you provide some kind of proof that it's stolen. I have already deleted the stolen submission for you.

No, Herobrine was never a part of Minecraft and never will be. The people that you see posting Herobrine "sighting" videos on Youtube are using mods.

- Name: Yes, specifically an 8400 GS. Registered for my "first" account (ironically, for the Minecraft Forum) right after installing that (old) GPU.
- Favorite GPU: Ehhh, I'd have to say the good 'ole 750 Ti. One of the first cards that actually provided decent performance (at the time) with a power draw that would work on my small 300w power supply.

If you're talking about mods or texture packs, CurseForge is probably the most popular option. You don't earn money directly but you earn points that you can exchange for Amazon or PayPal credit. Most modders like it because it allows you to make "money" off of your work while, at the same time, allowing users to download your content for free. Most people won't pay for mods/packs, and that's why content locked behind a Patreon paywall, for example, typically doesn't have many users (even if you do, mod reposting sites will eventually reupload it on their website for free anyway). If you like making Minecraft content, make it for the fun of doing so and not with the intent of selling it. If you end up making some money from your content from sites like CurseForge, that's great, but don't expect people to buy it upfront.

Install NotEnoughIDs, which increases the hard-coded ID limit for blocks, and see if that helps.

I am not sure about this as you did not mention it in your post, but if you do not know Java (the programming language), that's something that you will want to learn the basics of first before trying to make mods. If you already know Java though, then I think that learning Forge before Fabric as Cardinal System mentioned would be easier to start with. Personally, I am not a fan of MCreator, as I feel that it promotes low-effort or cliche mods (such as emerald/ruby tool mods or OP weapon mods). However, if you have unique ideas and want to put some effort in, MCreator could be a decent option to use if you don't know Java.

Run a scan with ADWCleaner and see if that helps. Not being able to see skins is often the result of having certain pieces of malware on your PC. Also, are you using a real (paid) Minecraft account?

Here's a video that explains how to install Forge on 1.16.5. The process is exactly the same for most other versions as well, so you can follow the same instructions. All that would be different is the version of Forge that you download.

More RAM does not equal more FPS (that's a common myth). Allocating too much memory can actually hurt performance rather than help it. If you're not using mods or shaders, the default 1 or 2GB is more than enough. And yes, I saw your specs below but the F3 screen also shows all of your video options which would be really helpful to know.

I've mentioned the following on a lot of other threads: you can't compare "big" triple-A games such as GTAV to Minecraft. Those big games like Call of Duty and Cyberpunk are written in real, optimized gaming engines meant to get as much performance out of your PC as possible. Minecraft is written in Java, a language not even meant for games, and is very poorly optimized (and only gets worse with each update). Many people get better performance in those games rather than Minecraft even though they may have "better looking" graphics or more intensive gameplay.

That being said, could you please post a screenshot of Minecraft's F3 debug screen so that we can see your specs and settings? I would start by lowering your render distance by a bit and seeing if that helps.

People technically can't provide the pre-installed version of Optifine because that'll be breaking Mojang's EULA for redistributing their game files. The Optifine installer doesn't contain any Minecraft files but the pre-installed, extracted version does. Ask your dad to install Optifine for you or to temporarily disable the parental controls.
