first off, lol, and second while I am thankful for the advice the morning after I uploaded this I tried again and it worked perfectly fine and I haven't had problems since.

in hindsight I should have seen it coming, like the day before the same thing happened to roblox and it worked the next day. Thanks for the advice anyways :)

quick update that's actually kind of concerning to me...
for some reason I couldn't replicate the glitch in Roblox or yt for the screenshots but was able to do so for Monarch (that is the website I use for school)
I took a screenshot but when I went to look at it the glitch was absent, it just showed the page normally without the black square.

    I also tried to get a hold of the crash logs but I am starting to wonder as to weather or not it was the same glitch, but I will update the page soon.

Should be able to get the screenshots, and I will try and I will ask my father about the driver.
As for the crash logs I will update with screenshots when I can, so I'm gonna try and do that tomorrow since I don't have time as of right now.

first time I saw a witch asking to be burned at the stake

(this is the first time I have had trouble thinking up a roast, easier when I've actually met or at least communicated with em before... hope I did good lol)

alright I just checked, I think it is the forge version, however all my other mods require alot newer versions of forge so im checking if it works in the lowest version possible for these to work

update: it is the version, however none of my other mods intend to use with it work for that version so sadly no optifine or shaders for me :(

I don't think I have a log although i can probable get one, but I didn't have a texture pack or shader packs installed and I used the latest version of optifine and forge 1.18.2, I also tried using 1.19.2 although that was a modpack I installed so I don't know what version of forge, but since I downloaded optifine manually I know it was the latest version there aswell.

I know it has something to do with optifine but unfortunately i don't know if its optifine being incompatible with another mod or if its the same problem I've had in the past with optifine simply not working. Thankfully its not something i really need as i just wanted a custom skybox for a specific world. And as soon as i read the last part i immediately thought of my brother who refuses to play minecraft in any other way.

I tried that after seeing the comment, it didn't work as it crashes earlier, and i have no idea which mods are dependent on it.

Thanks for all the advice, i thought the 1.18.1 mods would still be compatible with 1.18.2 however that was sadly not the case. Thanks for the help though. :)

well for one thing more durability, maybe they could be axe proof if you make them out of iron or diamond. I don't really have anything else other then maybe their heavier, shields aren't that varied in general.




Although some enchantments would be nice.

Shields made of the different ores like diamond, and of course more bosses cause a blind monster (well its technically not a boss depends on who you ask) a dragon and a three headed pile of bones isn't enough bosses.
