New Moderators of Sep. 2015

Starting from today we will be promoting a whole new batch of people every week and, to keep up with this new demand for selecting recruits, we will be installing 4 brand new automated bots that will select potential moderators based on forum, site and chat history as well as their country of origin, gender, height, age and foot size.
We believe that by using this new automatic method we will soon be able to remove the need for selecting new moderators by hand entirely and have everything, including these announcement posts, automated.
An example of their selection skills is shown below.

ZerannyIt's not about ranking up, it's about being in the position that is most suitable for you, where you can be the most helpful.

For example, I'm horrible at forum moderating, so I just don't do it. But I'm ok at site moderating.

Should other moderators be Promoted to?

it seems a Bit wierd that Old moderators had to got Chat>Forum>Site

but now its Member>Site.

Ranks are not stepping stones. If we promote someone to chat mod and find that they are both interested in site moderating, active on the site side and are good at what they do then they will be promoted.
Also if we find a member that makes lots of good reports, is active on the site and has a general positive attitude towards the site as a whole. (Alongside other criteria of course) then we will promote them to Site.

It's not about ranking up, it's about being in the position that is most suitable for you, where you can be the most helpful.
