I know how to become moderator on PMC, but how do you get higher ranking of moderator?
the exact same way.
I started reporting some skins because they were either:
Stolen/Remixed
Spam
Stolen/Remixed

He is a MCF Admin, so maybe Paril needed some more help with the forums? I think the minimum amount of forum mods they need is 10. So he fit in quite nicely.

When I read the "random number generator" part, I nearly, as a joke, went and wrote a new PMC mod chooser thing, but, decided against it, as I figured it might be to biased (that was the point though).
