You will have the 15 colors, that were voted for awhile ago, participants will be given a participation badge when this ends, the best skin overall will be the palette champion and get a special award/badge, that has a little mini-skin of the winning skin on it as well, personalizing the trophy, their skin will also be added to the hall of fame with a fancy render. As for the point system, every skin that has 12 colors on the face (front head and front hat layer count) will be given 4 points, or 5 if all 15 are used. The number one skin voted by participants will have 10 points, the second will have 8, and the third will have 5. I will also do a popularity vote that anybody can participate in, and that will give 5 points to the top voted and 3 points to the second top voted. In the rare event of a tiebreaker both winners will be named palette champion.

We will not accept any of the following skins for the contest:
- Skins made before 4/27 the release of the challenge (Why and how would you do that?)
- Skins made with colors that are not in the palette.
- Skins that violate PMC rules
- Skins that copy other skins
- Skins without at least 12 colors on the face
- Skins with transparencies do not count as part of the palette

When you are finished, the skin must be linked in the comments, late entries will not be allowed.
