RESULTS ARE IN! Palette Challenge #2

HERE WE GO!
It's October (pretty much) and it's time for another PALETTE CHALLENGE! The winning palette was SLIP! Do you see that title? That's your palette, you can download it or do whatever you want with it! (Hopefully, make an entry) There's a copy of the palette in specifics if you need it. The theme is Haunted, and you will judge each other on the skins, crowning one skin as the PALETTE CHAMP! Submissions close on November 2nd
OK! The votes are in, and the second palette champion isssss.....
Specifics
You will have the 15 colors, that were voted for awhile ago, participants will be given a participation badge when this ends, the best skin overall will be the palette champion and get a special award/badge, which I will let be a surprise! But it won't be my average trophy. It will have a little mini-skin of the winning skin on it as well, personalizing the trophy. The voting for palette champion will be in a poll given to only the participants. You can not vote for yourself.
We will not accept any of the following skins for the contest:
- Skins made before 9/28 the release of the challenge (Why and how would you do that?)
- Skins made with colors that are not in the palette.
- Skins that violate PMC rules
- Skins that copy other skins
-Transparencies ARE allowed above 80%, because of the theme
When you are finished, the skin must be linked in the comments, late entries will not be allowed.

just one question that I don't think was mentioned,
Do we have to use every colour?
Not sure if it's a well-known thing that in pallet contests you have to use every colour
because I haven't really done one before..

you don't have to be put down to join, but that's great! You can use any amount of the colors but you can only use the 15. You can use, say, only 8 of them, etc

I might join but could you send me the color-codes? I can´t work with the downloaded palette :)
theres 15 of them, I've never done this before so there may be some issues, just plot them together in a 5x3 grid and compare it to this to make sure its correct. If you enter a skin with a color that isn't in this picture, it will not be entered, so I just want to clarify to check the palette before you begin working.
