We're only using the main creators as judges as a way of "opening up" the group and gathering members. Once we have a decent amount we'll let you get involved much more.

Next month is a skinning contest, we'll be doing polls now instead of founder decisions.
We'll also be choosing you guys as judges next so you'll have something else to do.
If you really want to though, we'll try to get people outside of the group who are experienced in certain categories to do the judging. That way we may influence more people to join.

I have a lot of plans for this group to become more than just a "contest staple."
As Hybrid said, we are still a fairly new group, any ideas to improve are welcome!

ChronWell, let's just take this contest as a sort of practice for the League. Now that we have a pool of bloggers (Congrats on your win, Yuki, but you're not a blogger) to act as judges, and it'll be changed out constantly, we should be fine.

Thanks, never claimed to be a blogger, never will either. It's like skinning to me though, it's something I do for fun and entertainment, just I don't do it anywhere near as often.

As for the results, I'm surprised I won, didn't expect it and honestly, I thought someone else would have due to most other entrants being actual bloggers.

PikamoarNext time, please pick judges more vindictively. Please don't pick any more judges from your creator's list UNLESS they are competent in said topic. I think Hybrid is a good skinner, but not a writer, so why was he a judge?

That could lead to some misleading judging my friend. You have one builder, one blogger, two skinners and an artist. None of those combinations could yield truly competent judges.

I think you all know people who would do good judging. I don't know why you would rather people from a specific group (who don't know much about the contest topic) to judge rather than experienced members of the contest topic elite.

Can't ask people like you and me to judge because then we'd be unable to enter the contest, and well, if the bloggers don't enter a blogging contest, who will?
