I find it rude that I have seen other people make animated banners for you and now you reject them and ask for more. You could at least apologize and tell them what they did that you didn't like. If you're not happy with what you got, ask somewhere else.
Download gimp. And make a base banner, copy the layer as many times as your going to have frames in the gif, and when finished save as a gif with animation.
I know that but i'm to lazy to make one
If you want a banner done right, you gotta do it yourself. that is the golden rule of life.
