The finished butterflies from this project will be added to the PMC members project Because I would'nt be able to make statues of you all but i would love to so this contest is the next best thing
The build has to be made in 1.14 so i can import it into the PMC project, if you dont want to be in the project I can accept 1.15 and above builds too

How it works
I have a link to download a map that has 5 blank butterflies, 4 are the same with different colours and the 5th has a small island hanging from it
You decorate or add to the preset butterflies or you can make your own so long as it is at the same scale
You can submit multiple builds but I will only feature your best build in the PMC members project
You dont have to stick to building on the body, if you want to change the wings at all that is fine too

Prizes
1st: their build will be in a key spot on the build, and they will get a full statue of their avatar added

Time for the results of my butterfly event, to the winners. your trophies are under the trophies section of the event and were made by Fqsh and to the 1st and second place entries, you will still get your own persona added to the PMC members collection however that project is currently on a hiatus so may take a while to get to

This cyberpunk style butterfly by ChickenFromKFC is one of the more aesthetically pleasing of the entries and while it was'nt the only one that was pleasing to look at, it was one of the more creative
in second place...
eagoy used redstone to make the wings on their entry move and it was really impressive to in action however it is in second place because the block pallette isnt as aesthetically pleasing as the first place entry
in third place...
This build by FadedAlly looks as though it would be really comfortable to live in while flying from place to place

how do you post a minecrat map?
You need to find your minecraft file, go into saves and find the world you need. copy and paste it onto your desktop. create a zip file (on my pc its just right clicking on empty space but yours might be different) and drag the world into that empty zip folder you just made

but in case you did not know im joining
my entree is on my guest book page i fgured it on how to get a pic from my world on there
i dont do java or bedrock i play pocket
I do too, but you can use a world converter
I didnt know that but that is really good to know, it means bedrock players can join the contest
You can still submit an entry with pocket edition, if you cant use the template you can make your own or none at all
