No, when looked up in the members list, he has something like 17 submissions, but when clicked through, it takes to some account that is named Ninjabuddy9123 (without the !) that has 0 anything.
Do they have submissions? We have usernames and URL friendly usernames. In this case, "!" is dropped. That's normal.
