How to block a mod?

One mod keeps being pissy because I created textures similar to existing ones (even tho minecraft skins and textures are generally really pixelated so) And I was wondering on how to block a certain mod? Since lots of other people including myself like the skins I made, and I couldn't find any similar skins on pmc.

As GoldenGlider points out: It is not possible to block a moderator since it defeats the purpose of moderators.
Instead, if you have trouble with a specific moderator or the moderator team in general, you can open a ticket via: https://www.planetminecraft.com/tickets/new/
Then (Assuming you're having trouble with one specific moderator) an admin - Sort of like us moderators boss - Can take a look at your case and decide if to take action :)
