This is a general rant about how you guys complain about how we do our jobs.

I have seen SOOOOOOOOOO many threads about "I reported this and NOBODY'S DONE ANYTHING."

Guess what. I'm an active moderator. I haven't seen a SINGLE. SOLITARY. PM. From ANY server owner until I respond on one of their public threads. So obviously, the people complaining are NOT contacting all the moderators. They're contacting ONE. Or they're not contacting anyone and using the forums to rant instead of dealing with their issues properly.

If you send an email to Cyprezz complaining about something and don't provide proof or links or whatever, your email's going to get deleted. He hasn't got the time to hunt you down to fix your issues. If you send a PM to Cyprezz, without the same info, same deal. If you send US a PM complaining about something and you don't provide proof or links, we'll likely shove your request way down the to-do list. There are places ALLLLLLLL over this website explaining how to report, how to request help, how to contact the moderators, what information to give us... and very few people read or follow these instructions. No WONDER you haven't been replied to!

so STOP whining about how the moderators here suck and start realizing that IF YOU WANT HELP, start by HELPING YOURSELF. Read a few of the threads dedicated to "how to ask for help" and ASK PROPERLY and to the RIGHT PEOPLE and you know what? you'll get that help a LOT faster.

If you don't think that's proper "service" I'll remind you, again, that we are all UNPAID VOLUNTEERS that do that because we love PMC. That does NOT mean we're your personal slaves. Suck it up princesses. Mama's in a mood.
