Why does hypixel have like 7000x more players than mineplex?

I always wonder this question why does hypixel have way more players than mineplex i think some of the games in mineplex are better

1. Hypixel (hypixel inc) are purchased by riot games (owner of valorant) , while mineplex only have minecraft as partner
2.It have strict rule (e.g link to other site is not allowed, insta ban account not eligible security) to ensure trustworthy player play on their server
3.It have tons of games in it. (Later hypixel have more function such as smp,...)
4.Adversities campaign (e.g Hypixel pay to popular streamer to make content for hypixel, Pay cash for minecraft server list websites)
5. Hypixel support more language than mineplex
6.More cash source from dedicated mvp++ players
