I need a host for a minecraft server!

Hello. I need someone to host a minecraft server for me, as I cant use my public ip address for a minecraft server. Of course you get the owner title and I would like admin.
I can also manage plugins through email (pm me ur email) . My best friend must also be able to have the moderator title as well as my bro. ill pm the person to apply first
their IGN's. Also I can make a custom ip adress cause im with a special website. It must be SMP (no pvp but has a pvp world cause I hate pvp).
