Find a random jam and make something that takes the jam's name far too literally (E.G. Space Bar (as in the one on the keyboard) for Space Jam).

You could do all of them... but if you want to be SUPER FUNNY... ...you could just do it for TNT and it make it to where you can light it in-hand. Doing so would give you a set amount of time to throw it, or have it blow up in your hand! :-)

Nah, in that case. Just make it behave normally, but said blocks can still have interactions when they land yes? If so, it could still be funny to make certain blocks throwable.
