I was thinking about a Pirate ship wars with an automatic plugin with custom maps and stuff.

Survival servers are kinda getting old. They're usually the same thing, and don't usually get famous. PvP servers are pretty good, but if you must, I would recommend having custom made minigames

If you're making a Survival PVE or moderate PVP server, use Griefprevention, it rocks^^

I would love to see survival no pvp
You could probs make both one world Survival No-PVP and Towny (A great plugin)
And one raiding grief and pvp and shiz

We will most likely have a HUB if we get more players

I'd like to join in a HUB server which have :
1.Survival (No grief , no hack, no pvp , no factions and protect with ProtectionStone)
2.SkyWars
3.HG (only with 1 arena so more fun!)
4.Temple Run (Donator only or regular players if you want)
