1.16 and 1.20 (FOR THE NEW AMAZING COMMANDS!)
Honestly, I can't remember. I think probably somewhere around 1.6 because that's where some of my best Minecraft memories are. Plus I think that's actually when they added horses too!
1.12, as it added so much to be used for builds, and I like that!

1.16, the nether got so much better than before, plus the entirely new strategy for speed runners, and pigstep.

Mine is Beta 1.8. It was around the time when I first discovered Minecraft and it added so many amazing things that I just couldn't pass it.

1.19.4, all the new commands makes so many new things possible. The new armor trims are also amazing for mapmakers
