The most annoying mob in MC is the player, literally they always cause havoc in the worlds they make from creative to hardcore.
yes. especially when they trap villagers in halls with a square meter of space to walk around, forcing them to trade and craft all the time.
Vex are very annoying, the most annoying part of a raid. At least with a baby zombie you can back up and keeping giving them the axe and it's 50/50.
Every hardcore world I've lost is from baby zombies

Creeper, this cucumber exploded my house in hardcore and I almost died
Phantom in Overworld, every time I stay up at night to finish a structure, it attacks me
Ghast in the Nether, almost every time it attacks me while I'm exploring or collecting Glowstone
Enderman in the End, attacks me when I look of them, and of course I look at them (I know I can wear pumpkins but it's getting hard to find them and I use them very quickly)

Hoglin or skele without a doubt.
Husk's all it takes it just a horde of em and bam, its annoying as crap, you get hunger and they won't burn.
Drowned with trident in bedrock edition kills me all the time

Phantoms exists for the sole purpose of reminding you how sleeping in-game provides little benefits, unlike real life but real life doesn't have those flying annoying chompers, just acquaintances that will drain every pixel of optimism you have...
i hate shulker because they keep me flying (my mlg is bad)
I'm absolutely terrified of silverfish, and although ik that there are more annoying mobs, Minecraft would be way less stressful (for me) without them lol
