Currently I'm making a world to upload here on planetminecraft, shoudl I convert the world to 1.20 taking into account the updates? Or should I just keep it in 1.19.4? Would it make a difference at all? Thanks already :D

If I were you, if the world was designed with 1.19 content in mind, keep it that way, and release it as-is as a 1.19.4 world, then later, when you've updated and tested it, release an official update to it for 1.20.
