I was just thinking if they added the camel Mojang must be adding more stuff to deserts. I wonder if they're gonna add a new structure or smth.

I just posted on this. I thought they could bring back the Palm Trees and Meerkats from the 2018 Biome Vote.
Since this is about deserts in general however, I'd definitely like to see other things too. There could be flowering cacti, or there could even be cacti with a wet and parched state, meaning you can harvest water from them with a bucket. Scorpions would be a cool alternate for the spider mob, and snakes are definitely what I picture most in deserts (though modeling them in Minecraft could be tricky).
